Gary Weiner: Attorney And Mediator

Hello, I'm Gary Weiner, a seasoned lawyer and internationally recognized mediator. As an attorney I've served the Sebastopol community since 1973 and understand the concerns of local neighbors and businesses as well as those of Sonoma County residents at large. The deep ties I have forged in this community drive me to represent you to the best of my ability in whatever matter you need assistance with.

In addition to being a lawyer, I'm also a well-regarded mediator and have worked on many high-profile cases. My efforts culminated in a white paper which can be read in the Publications portion of this site and have earned me international regard as the singular proponent of developing evidence-based standards for mediators.

The dual roles of lawyer and mediator define my practice. Whether I am mediating your dispute or helping you develop an estate plan, business plan or real estate contract, I understand the myriad ways your case can be resolved and seek to asset you in finding efficient and creative solutions.
